Just wanted to update you all that our team pushed out some quick fixes. Live stream links have now been adjusted and reset onto your future sessions. Live stream emails will now continue to send even if the client registers after the automatic class email has already been sent out. Lastly, gift cards transferring to the app has been fixed to be a more smooth process to account balance.

This is a quick message to catch you up on what we've been investing our software development time into recently as well as let you know that we will be performing a backend update of the system around 12AM EST.
The update tonight is intended to be a seamless update that happens in the background. It will not change any functionality or user experience flows.
As we grow our community it's important to constantly be upgrading the backend of the system to handle the needs of the current studio base. Our software development team has been spending a lot of time over the last few months doing just that.

Based on all of your feedback, starting Friday morning, the amount of time after a session ends before the system creates no call/no show fees will be changed from 3 hours to 12 hours.
