Megan is the Chief of Staff at fitDEGREE and she is probably the team member most beloved by our community because she takes the success and support parts of her title VERY seriously. Megan has been involved in the fitness industry forever having coached soccer, taught karate, and instructed pilates. (She’s a true fit pro!) Her favorite part of the day is when she can take her skills and knowledge into the studio management world and work with our clients on building their business into our software and setting them up for success! (So basically all day, every day.)

No customer success department would be complete without Ali. Mama of two teenage boys and former cycling and fitness studio owner herself, Ali knows this world inside and out AND she’s got the grit to get things done no matter what. But watch out fam, she’s not fit for human interaction before she’s had her coffee in the morning.

Hannah brings her personal fitness + wellness background combined with her passion for the small details, her community, and making an impact on others to the Data Support Specialist role. She loves figuring out solutions on the fly and collaborating with both the fitDEGREE team and our fitFam! When she’s not working, you can probably find her on a hiking trail or at home creating some form of art.

Cherise is our Industry Expert who loves all things health and wellness. She’s a world traveler, foodie, and business strategist who helps us stay relevant within our industry. She helps business owners across the globe launch and level up their businesses for maximum potential.

Niki has been a client, a studio owner, and a coach in boutique fitness for over a decade, and she can’t think of an industry she'd rather be in. Her favorite part about coaching and studio ownership are the same: she loves supporting clients as they push past their limits and achieve their goals. Niki became a coach because she was regularly asked, “how did you do that!?” by other studio owners who were drowning in the day-to-day responsibilities of business ownership but didn’t have the support to grow their studio to its potential. She created Limitless Studio to partner with owners who have a vision for their business and are ready to implement systems to build the studio of their dreams.
